If you’re in a rut, here’s something new, simple, quick and incredibly delicious to add to your homemade meals.

Moroccan food is quite exotic to most people, but these unique and wonderful flavors are a lot easier to prepare than you may think. In this class we’ll work together to prepare an incredible Tagine dish. And the best part? This recipe can easily be adapted for chicken, fish, or a vegetarian main course. Don’t worry, these dishes are not hot spicy – but they are very full-flavored And of course you can adjust the spices to suit your own tastes.

A tagine is a special cone-shaped clay cooking vessel that is used in Morocco. But if you don’t have one, don’t worry, we’ll show you how to make the same recipe in a heavy casserole dish. No special tools or supplies needed.

We hope you’ll join us to learn how to make an incredibly tasty tagine to share with others. We’ll also prepare a simple, healthy side dish, and in case you really want to splurge, your handout will include a recipe for a wonderful Arabic flatbread that you can easily make at home.
